What a wonderful afternoon at Grace Oasis in Ruretse!

The Youth and College & Career groups from Grace Baptist Church spent Sunday afternoon together enjoying fellowship, games, great food, and meaningful time in God's Word. From the moment everyone arrived, the resort was filled with laughter, friendly competition, and encouragement as the young men and ladies enjoyed games together while dinner was being prepared. It was simply good, clean fun.

And what a dinner it was! Outdoor Braai is always a hit and these young people love to eat!! Sharing a delicious meal together gave everyone another opportunity to relax, build friendships, and enjoy one another's company.

Following dinner, Pastor Mike challenged the group with a thoughtful message that encouraged each young person to grow in their walk with the Lord. Afterwards, the group divided into separate sessions for the young men and young ladies, where trusted church leaders led honest, open discussions.

The conversations were both encouraging and eye-opening. Many of the young people were willing to be vulnerable as they shared the pressures they face, the questions they wrestle with, and their desire for wisdom and Godly direction. It was a reminder that today's young people are looking for authentic relationships, biblical answers, and caring adults who will listen. The evening proved to be a blessing not only for the students but also for the leaders who had the privilege of encouraging them.

Grace Oasis provides the perfect setting for events like these. Away from the distractions of everyday life, churches can bring their youth and young adults together to build stronger friendships, deepen their faith, and create lasting memories in a peaceful Christian environment.
